After obtaining a business degree, Randy Densmore came to Denver in 1980 on the tide of a strong petroleum industry.  That fading, he wanted to stay here, so started looking at independent business opportunities.

A financial services and insurance practice offered a business model that appealed to him and, being more suited to 'relationship management' than to selling products, Northwestern Mutual's professional training and personal needs counseling approach made a lot of sense.  It still makes a lot of sense.

Before starting a family, he spent several years aggressively pursuing survival and earning a number of professional designations including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), an extensive level of studies in the life insurance profession; Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), extensive education for financial solutions professionals; and Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a distinction for financial planners rooted in education, examination, experience and ethics.  After all that, however, he learned that he still had to sell something.  Specifically, he sells people to act on their own goals and values.  The better he gets at making that sale, the better his clients will reach their own goals.  He has learned that if you focus more on what you really want, rather than what you want right now -and if you help enough other people get what they really want - everything will work out for you.

At 20+ years, Randy continues to improve his practice by leveraging his time through technology, staff and the network of specialists, in the areas outlined on his home page.
